Your order # is H3WNKKHK and Klarna order is GHKZZMH. Stop taking my money. When I opened Facebook, there was a supposedly live stream with Pope Leo saying he was saying something about 'The Secret Prayer' and he would send us the link. He asked for a $40 one-time donation to the church.
I never received anything, but I wrote it off. A few months later, I see all the charges each and every month. I sent it to Klarna three times with the info, and they ignored me the first time. I found they ignored my next three also.
It's being investigated finally. Four months' worth of my money.
Trust me, Pope Leo didn't receive it either! Thanks!

I already have 2 cat trees and don't want the scratching post. I was so disappointed that I deleted both the email and the instructions, so I can't return either of them.

I got an alert from my credit card that the charges were put on there I contacted the company that they were unauthorized they still continued now they won't refund all the money been dealing with them for weeks and I keep getting excuses and there holding on to the money I guess in an account making interest they said it was a trust account sounds like a scheme to build extra money out of people I think someone should get to the bottom of this the Trade Commission or something and the hundreds of people it looks like I would avoid this company like the plague

I have attempted to contact the company by email and phone at least 5 time with NO resolution.

I'm confused about this whole concealed carry permit. I I spent a $130.34 dollars on it, and and all I got was you guys charged me a 104 for a safety class that I did not authorize.
And so I I responded, that was that was canceled. But I'm still confused about my concealed carry information. Can somebody get with me and see if we could figure this out? I was on hols waiting for almost 1/2 hr ang got disconnected

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get return information but never received a response to my several emails and phone calls. After being hung up on several times in their phone system, I finally had a customer service representative call me back.
He would not listen to me and was extremely rude! I told him I was requesting return information, but he kept interrupting me, asking for a tracking number. I became very frustrated and told him to listen to my request. I do not have a return tracking number because this is the first response to several calls and emails to request one.
The customer representative hung up on me.
I called back with several hang-ups but was finally able to leave a message to call me, letting them know that I would have to report this as fraud. Of course, no return call.
